Mission impossible to get through to this company via the phone, god knows how they got Samsung certified
After a month or so of my s7 freezing and rebooting on its own, it finally shut down and wouldt start. samsung arranged to have ups pick my phone up. Read more reading all the posts I was so stressed and worried about my phone I emailed Samsung and pointed out these reviews, and asked them why they continue to use nova. "we are unable to comment on third party sites". Just to finish my experience I had my phone back exactly one week after, fully working in the same condition as it went. Two days one and it still going strong. The only criticism I would have is i have no idea what they did to repair it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!
My experience of ANOVO can only be described as the stuff that nightmares are made of.
Upon ringing Samsung customer care service I was dealt with efficiency and speed. I was told that UPS would come and pick up my phone and that the estimated... Read more turnaround time was 5 working days. This was the end of any competent dealings.
ANOVO on the other hand, lied from start to finish, upon every phone call I made I could never get the truth out of them as to what was really happening with my Samsung Galaxy s 7 Edge. It reached their offices on the 3rd of November I know this having followed the UPS tracking service. ANOVO swore blind that they didn't receive it until the 4th! Obviously this was another lie. I was then informed by email that they didn't assess the phone until the 7th. Nearly every time I rang, I was told the parts had been dispatched and would be in the shop in the next couple of days. I was then told on the 4th call that the parts were in and my phone was on the repair table and that I would get my phone back sometime the next week.
When I contacted my service provider they informed me that ANOVO should of replaced the phone after 28 days of having it and not being able to repair it.
5 weeks have past now and they have told me that its gone over the time limit required for them to fix it and so I have been told a new phone is on its way out to me. But this could take another 7-10 working days. So from start to finish (taking into account that i should get a phone) the whole time frame is between 6-7 weeks.
I wouldn't trust ANOVO to fix a paper plane let alone a smart phone. I hope and pray our paths never meet up again. Show less
