A one off fee of £799 paid upfront which will include a home report* and then there’s nothing to pay when we sell your property.

Marketing fee of £99 upfront with a Sales fee of 0.5% to be paid when we sell your property (The home report is a seperate fee upfront based on the price of your property i.e. under £150k – £450)
