Myself and my husband have had a close association with Intralet over the past 11 years, both as landlords and tenants. Intralet managed our two properties for us for 2 years while we were overseas from 2003-2005. During this time our properties were well maintained and inspected 6 monthly. We had... Read more regular contact with Intralet via e-mail regarding any maintenance issues and a monthly update on finances. Maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely and cost-effective manner. From 2007-2011 we were tenants of an Intralet-managed property in Belfast. We were extremely happy with Intralet and how they looked after the property. Again any maintenance issues we had were dealt with quickly and effectively. The team of tradesmen who worked with Intralet were always considerate and efficient. We are once again overseas and have entrusted the care of our large family home to Intalet to manage for us. They were able to find a suitable tenant for us and gave us good advice on how to get our house ready for letting.
